Structural Damage

Port St John, Florida

  • Date: 29 Oct 2026
  • Client: Commercial
  • Project Type: Water Damage Repair

About this Project

Recently, we tackled a major water damage repair on a two-story condominium in Port St. John.

Water had made its way behind the siding, causing significant wood rot and damage to the structural framing. We removed the damaged materials, replaced the rotten structural wood, installed new siding, and replaced the damaged window.

It’s always important to address water damage from the inside out, making sure the underlying structure is sound before putting everything back together.

Another project completed with quality workmanship and attention to detail! šŸ’Ŗ

Why Hire a Licensed Contractor for Water Damage Repairs?

When water damage and wood rot are involved, it’s important to hire a licensed contractor who understands how to properly identify and repair the problem. What may look like a small area of damaged siding can hide serious structural issues behind the walls. Simply covering up rotten wood won’t solve the problem. A qualified contractor can identify the source of the damage, remove compromised materials, restore the structural integrity of your home, and make sure the repairs are completed properly and safely. Protect your biggest investment by getting the job done right the first time. Don’t wait until a small leak turns into a major repair. Call a licensed professional you can trust!
